I think this list is an insult. Persoanlly, I love Rush and just bought tickets to the new tour beginning in June.
Any thoughts on the list?

yeah, this is bullshit. I'm a huge Rush fan. I see guilty pleasure bands as being these cheezy bands that caught on for some reason that no one can really pin down why.
Styx should be #1

Rush DOES Belong At # 1 On That List! But Where Are Journey And Yes? Those High-Voiced Male Singers Surely Would Qualify Those Two.

See, Rush fans have a sense of humor.
Which is more than you can say for the type of whiny douche bags who still listened to The Replacements after Bob Stinson left.

I love FRANKIE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD.
I like the songs. The best session musicians performed on the tracks and, Trevor Horn is one of the greatest producers to ever walk the earth.
I don't even file them under "guilty pleasure". Those records are brilliant. But... I know that most people think they're lame.

How dare they drag Blue-Eyed Philly Soul into this. I'll do everything in my power to render this "Rolling Stone" magazine insignificant and unable to manipulate the musical tastes of our youth.
Oh wait...Sweet.....Well, that's done.
Every day I wake up and wonder why Geddy Lee doesn't have Lymes Disease.
