Mike and the MadDog is WFAN's anchor. They've already lost a major part of their lineup, they are not splitting apart the other bread and butter deal.

I don't think he was fired... I think he got fed up working with Sid and left on his own.

No matter who they put there, the show will fail, and fail miserably. You never want to be "the guy who follows the guy" especially someone as well known as Imus. It will fail just like David Lee Roth did when he followed Stern, or the whole "Blink" format that followed WNEW.

The next show is a sacrificial lamb, and I have no intention of listening to it. Especially if its another dopey sports show, unless they throw Neer in there again, like they did at WNEW. I always liked Neer, and I'm a regular caller to his show. But anyone else I wont listen.

That would be a must listen. Not because the show would be any good, but I can tell you what our final show would be. One of us gets a microphone shoved up his ass, and then the other pulls out a gun and blows his co-hosts brains out. Live, on the air. Producer goes next, as the host with the gun is still screaming something about Derek Jeter to a dead corpse. SWAT team shows up and the remaining host commits suicide. Perhaps the greatest half hour of radio ever.

I do not think anyone has lived the perfect life. everyone has made mistakes. they can always dig up someone from your past who you fucked over, saw you drive drunk, find a boss of yours from a job you slacked at, find an ex who says horrible shit about you. it is insane the pressure we put on politicians and leaders to lead these perfect lives, which really just leads to them lying about their pasts and then causing problems later on.

he didnt do that

it was the 3 coaches in the 3 years( coslet,carrol, kotite) he was there that killed the jets, that place horrible draft picks and no offense, no running backs, etc.
