Donating Funds for Jimmy Plocica's (aka JimiMetal's) Daughters

As most of you are no doubt aware, a member of our community, Jimmy Plocica (aka JimiMetal), was senselessly murdered last month in Brooklyn in apparent robbery. Jimmy left two beautiful daughters. Many of you have expressed interest in donating to a fund for Jimmy's daughters, so Jimmy's sister set up a 529 account for the daughters. A 529 account is an investment account designated for the purposes of higher education. More information on such an account can be found here. (http://www.collegesavings.org/whatIs529.aspx)

We will be collecting money to deposit into the daughters' 529 account. If you would like to contribute funds via PayPal, the address is info@ronfez.net. Of course, please indicate that you are contributing funds for Jimmy's daughters. If you would like to send a check, PM JustJon and he will give you an address where to send them. We will also be collecting money at upcoming ronfez.net events.

Makes you take a look inward sometimes and be glad for what you have and if things seem rough, maybe they aren't as rough as others have it.

For anyone unfamiliar with the case, JimiMetal (Jim Plocica) was a member here and attended several Ron and Fez events before he was senselessly murdered one night coming home from work.

This is a tax deferred fund set up for college tuition for Jimmy's daughters.
