the one where cartman buys pubes from scott tennerman

the one where butters gets annally invaded at the end(i laughed uncontrollablly for about half an hour when i saw that)

and the goth/emo episode

The Elian episode stands out in my mind. Janet Reno leading an assault dressed as the Easter bunny is so warped. It's not replayed a lot but it's still my favorite.

I love it when he gets to the studio and Bart Simpson is already there, and they compare trouble maker stories.

I also love the Japanese animation one where we see the guys playing in their imagination

Freak Strike, all the freaks that go on talk shows go on strike and Cartman appears on Maury as an out of control kid.
The J-lo episode when Cartman makes a J-lo handpuppet and is on a date with Ben Affleck.
The episode with You got served, Its on.

My all time favorite was from the third season "The red badge of gayness." During a recreation of the civil war, Cartman takes over and leads the south to victory and then makes a bet with kyle and Stan that the south will win again. All the grownups are drunk on smore schnapps and follow cartmen as they go around the country sacking towns until they end up in a fight at Ft. Sumter.

That and the awesome-o 5000 would be in second.
