I have a question for you other hockey fans. Is it worth it for me to go to the Islander game wensday if I go for 2 periods and leave. They have cheap tickets still available and my wife has school across the street. She doesnt drive and I dont have a ride for her other than me. It starts at 7:30 and she gets out of class at 9:20. I just want to be in the building to get some playoff excitement in my blood.

Personally if I cant see the ending, I wouldnt go unless the tickets are for free

Plus u may have a few in you, the fans are going nuts, it would hurt me to leave with all the energy, make me in a bad mood and may start a fight which may make a hinder on Friday's Plans

Aren't there 3 periods in hockey games? You could go to 2/3 of the game. If the tix are there I'd damn sure go. I'd also plead with her to come to the game after her school thing.

I would do that but I can get only one shitty ticket for 45. Two tickets can only be gotten for 140 each, 280 total. Thats a drasticlly higher amount of money than I wanted to spend.

i dont know how many the stadium seats but ive gone to 3 sharks games and every time they were towards the back but i was impressed with how well i could see.
very unlike a baseball game
i went to pac bell one time and was openly pissed about the way the stadium was set up.
and i let barry bonds know about it
