I ordered an Inno on Sunday afternoon. On Wednesday the doorbell rings. I say: "Who the hell could that be?" Sure enough, it's the UPS guy with my Inno. And it's not like I paid anything extra for expedited delivery. Outstanding customer service, and it wasn't the first time either. Also, whenever I order from there I always tell em ronfez.net sent me in the comments section.

I was amazed at how easy the ordering process was and how quickly it was delivered. I called with a question when I received it and it was answered promptly and correctly, by someone who spoke English!!!
