Best Promo Ever?

Anybody who say RAW on Monday has to say that the promo cut between Austin and The Rock has to be one of the best if not the best promo I've ever seem. I haven't laughed that much in years. WHAT? If you smell... WHAT?!?

It rivals the:
--Rock impersonations of Hulk, Flair and Macho Man
--DX making fun of the Nation
--Foley's cheap pops
--nWo mocking the 4 Horseman
--bWo ragging on the nWo

What do you think? Was it the best or can you think of better?

-Y2J's first promo on the WWF (which was with the Rock)
-Rock (I think it was him) mocking Triple H and the way he talks
-The Y2J promos when he was feuding with both Beniot and Steph

2. Scott Steiner standing in a WCW ring, on a live Nitro, saying that everyone changes the channel to "watch Stone Cold" because WCW sucks.
1. The Rock, the day after Survivor Series 1998, explaining why he joined the Corporate Team.

What about Foley's 'I'm Hardcore' promo in ECW? I like the nWo/Horsemen promo too.

I can't pick just one. I agree with a lot of the selections you guys have already made.

Two of my favorite promos are:

Foley, this past night on RAW (yes, Vinnie Mac, you have made your titles into JOKES)

And,

Heyman's promo this Thursday on Smackdown. If you want to know what it's about, read the spoilers. It's FANTASTIC. He "shoots" on Vince, and the fact that Vince screwed the business and everyone in it when building his empire.

I kinda like Flair's opening promo on the final Nitro.

Also, Piper's semi-shoot on Hogan at Halloween Havoc '96.

HBK's "Sunny Days" promo.

Andre's promo/challenge to Hogan on Piper's Pit.

Finally...Bobby Heenan's promo vignettes that he used to build the arrival of Ric Flair. Holding Flair's belt and saying "This is the real World Championship belt. Comparing this belt to the belt that Hulk Hogan wears is like comparing ice cream to horse manuer. The man who wears this belt is the real World Heavyweight champion. Comparing the man who wears this belt, to Hulk Hogan is like comparing ice cream to horse manuer."

...I tell you what I'd do man, two chicks at the same time man. Damn straight, I always wanted to do that, and I think if I was a millionaire I could hook that up too, 'cuz chicks dig a dude with money...well, the type a chick that'll double up on a dude like me do.

My favorite was Ric Flair's promo when he came back in '98 in Greensboro, NC. Bischoff had been burying him on TV since Flair was actually suing WCW, but they came to a settlement and this was Flair's first interview back. It was so emotional and so powerful. I'm a total Flair mark, so I know I'm biased. But Flair was G-d here. And Arn Anderson was amazing, too.

In the WWF, I'll go with DX mocking the Nation of Domination. The funniest promo ever (IMO).

ECW's easy...Catus Jack's "anti-Harcore" promos were fantastic. I'm so glad Foley transcibed them in his book.
