i think it depends on the situation. if my brother was a drug addict and always in trouble, then yes I would turn him in a pray he went to jail. i have an uncle who is like this, and when he is in jail that is the only time his mother rests well.

now if it were a normal situation, where my bro was a normal guy, and it so happens he killed someone, i would NEVER rat. in fact, and i know this sounds cliche, but i would do my best to make sure he got rid of all the evidence. i would also do the same for my 2 cousins.

When I was in 11th grade, my sister was in 9th. My parents went to Italy for a month and my mom, had her car parked in the garage. I wasnt there, but found out about it later on, but my sister must have tried to back my moms car out of the garage and she hit the wall and damaged the car. She had it brought to a body shop of some guy she knew and had the car fixed, and my mom never knew. I noticed the car door looked a little funny and asked my sister and she admitted it to me, begged me never to tell and I never did. Another time she got pregnant by her boyfriend and she had an abortion, and I knew and never told either..

Well, you bring up an interesting point. If the kid that shot up the school had a brother and they were close, and the brother got kind of an inkling of what might happen, I think I would act on it too and try to stop it. But if my brother called me up and was scared for accidentally killing someone and he had the body, I would help him get rid of it
