Former President George Bush told CNN's Larry King Monday that the electorate may be experiencing "Bush fatigue."

And it may be the reason his son, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, is sitting out the 2008 presidential election, the 41st president said.

May be? Try Bush fatigue from day 1, more like it. Read Jeb's remarks. He's even a bigger hayseed than W, if such a thing is possible.

I wouldn't have fatigue if they were slightly competent. But yes, gross stupidity is fatiguing.

Yeah, you've never heard the phrase "Kennedy fatigue."

My feeling is that Dubya's ended the Bush dynasty. Jeb has some major baggage that makes him unelectable as President; otherwise, he'd have been the one Daddy Bush had run in 2000, not the idiot loser son.

Jeb might not be too bad. He has that daughter who had a bit of a drug problem and she has her mom's Spanish good looks...pretty hot.

George H.W. Bush was an awful president - why this mythology sprouted up within the GOP that a one term failure deserved to be the patriarch for the party is beyond me. He was necessary at the time in closing the book on the Cold War, but many of those in his and his sons close ranks seem to act like that was a mistake now. Out of touch, lying boob - and yet - like Yerdaddy - I miss him now.
