That Was The Date Fat Gave Up Both Cigarettes (Delicious Marlboro Reds) AND Skoal Chewing Tobacco (The Scrumptious Mint...Far More Addictive And Satisfying Than Even The Marlboros).

It Was Also The Date Fat Started Chewing Nicorette Gum. He Was Supposed To Wean Himself Off The Gum 4 Months Ago, But He Is Every Bit As Hooked On The Nicorette As He Was On The Cigs And The Dip.

F_S Seems To Have An "Addictive Personality". Should He Just Go Back To Smoking And Chewing And Be Happy Again And Say "F*ck It, Fat's Just Weak And Will Die", Or Is There A Way He Really Can Be Nicotine Free?

Does ANYONE Have A Success Story?

i quit at one point for 2 months
something bad happened and i started smoking again

Its a matter of will power. You think your addicted but your not. You dont believe in addicition. Every time i got a craving i would just tell myself something like that.
Will power is a two way street
