Despite the way he complains about them, I think Fez truly loves nothing more than spending time with his family.

I think he'll be energized after the week off, and I hope he realizes that he doesn't like being alone, despite what he says.

I also hope he goes back to following his diet more strictly.

I suspect a lot of his mental and emotional problems are physical in nature and have a lot to do with his blood sugar levels.

Fez has never recovered from his first bout with his heart troubles, and never will! He has emotional problems which eclipse his heart problems and as such he cant get past his heart problem till he gets over his mental problems. A catch 22 unless he seeks some real serious help!
