You're pretty hungry. Today you can have any meal you want. Any dish, any cut, any way, any cook.

Steak? Prime rib or filet? Rare, medium or burnt?
Lobster, maybe swordfish? Grilled or broiled?
Side of asparagus? (no way) Garlic-mashed potatoes? (you bet)
Emeril, Mario, Boyardee? Mom? Yourself?
Beer or wine? Sweet tea?

You get the idea. So what'll ya have?
And don't forget desert.

My favorite restaurant.... F.Illi Ponte in Tribeca. right off the west side hwy north.

It's fairly pricey... but my favorite dish...The Angry Lobster.... one of the most savory meals I have ever encountered. And the desserts ... to die for.
I would love to go back there soon...

Highly recommended : http://www.filliponte.com/html/index2.htm

I haven't had lobster in years. One of you will have to come pick me up and take to a good lobster place. I don't know if there any good places around here. I like to sleep until 3PM, so please don't show up too early.

An obscenely large, rare Filet Mignon with some sweet potato fries on the side.

Nothing else.

I don't remember what any of the dishes were called that I ate while I was travelling in Thailand, but it was all amazing. The dishes that we ate had so much flavour, I loved it.

If I couldn't fly to Thailand, I would take a nice big piece of pressed peppercorn salmon, pan seared served with a bake potato and a couple pints of Kilkenney, my all time favourite meal.

T-bone steak grilled by me seasoned with salt and pepper and worcestshire sauce on it. Grilled hotdogs sittin in my dad's bbq sauce. Potato salad. Heineken. That's my 4th of July dinner every year, and I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Some raw clams and oysters
Steak au poivre. Made from a shell steak, or sirloin.
Some garlic bread.
Broiled lobster tail, with tons of lemon
a ton of fresh steamed artichoke hearts. Someone else is cleaning the leaves and fuzzy stuff off of it.

I don't know what i'd want for dessert, but something with fruit and almond paste.

If I was out to eat.
Stuffed mushrooms with crab meat
bowl of lobster bisque with real lobster chunks
Surf and Turf (lobster tail and filet)
side dishes of garlic mash and creamy spinach
multon choc cake
Port wine
and then... a toilet!

Now I'm starving and I want to go to Ruth Cris or the Chart House.

If My mother cooked me a meal it would be a little tougher to decide.

I love her Raviolis, manicotti and eggplant parm
Maybe even shcotal (SP?) and peperoni

Damn it, I love food.
