For those who never heard it, they replayed the Eddie the Murder stuff from WNEW this morning, which included appearances by Ron and Fez. Good stuff, and intermittently weird and funny.

Yeah, that was the first time I heard it! Did anything ever come of that? Was it real? Did Patti really go to his house? (I couldn't finish it all)

Setup as a spoiler for those of you planning to catch it on the replay.

No, it ends up being a "hoax" - Eddie was a nut who just made up the story on air. The police gave up on it after an initial investigation. They found out he had mental problems, was on meds, and had been unemployed for 13 years. He also had a "shrine" to O&A in his appartment. WOW stickers all over the place, the station phone number scrawled on the walls, etc.

I think Psycho Mark has completely lost it. He may really be psycho at this point.

His ideas were horrible and he was talking like an idiot.

I can't believe I missed this bit the first time. Glad they played it today.

OK, something I am a littel confused about - who is in studio doing the Eddie impression during the original Eddie phone call? Is it Breuer?

I thought that's who it was, but I'm not sure now.

Yessir its bruer.

Thanks Budday, I needed a second opinion. It is a very non-Breuer sounding voice.

I started thinking it was somebody else that may have sounded like Breuer. It almost sounds like Rob Bartlett doing his Brian Wilson impression.

i hope they replay breuer doing the impression of the dog going nuts on the 4th of july and the old long island lady yelling at the dog and kids. that is the best breuer clip ever.

I love ron, "it ain't going to stick eddie, everyone's got a body in there past"

and calling it a happy ending that he ended up with both the money AND the product.

Why do they consider Roland "radio gold?"

I'm sure he is a nice guy, but I can't stand hearing that bumbling, mumbling fool when he is on the radio. It just bugs me.

OK, I will admit what he says can make me chuckle sometimes because it is so retarded, but they keep him on mic waaaaaay too long.

steve's band sounds like life of agony meets some new wave 80's band.

I really thought they were going to end up doing that, but I think Steve put his foot down. He is the boss after all and probably didn't want to take ridicule from his underlings.

Otherwise, I can see Sam throwing Foundry on during an hour and the guys mercilessly tooling on it.
