You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Just wondering if there is going to be another barcrawl....I would like to go this time and get wasted with some real drinkers

I heard gvac is still walking around the city going bar to bar... you can catch up with him if you like.

seriously though, Bar Crawls have been put on hold until it gets warmer out.

I am sure another Ron Fez event will be coming up in the near future, and it will include alcohol.
