i would say half empty because you never tell someone to un-empty my glass when you want liquid in it. you ask them to fill it up. so by that account, a glass with missing 50% of it's liquid is half full.

from my mental perspective, half full, it's been a good week so far.

Today the glass is defiantly half full, and will soon be emptied, only to be refilled, and then emptied again. I plan on repeating this process many times tonight.
