I am absolutely DISGUSTED right now...

Late last week my cousin's fiance was killed in a car accident. She was a sweet kid...was only 17 years old, and her funeral today was probably one of the 5 saddest things ive ever seen. I'm still not really able to talk about all that yet.


The bigger issue is, on the way to the cemetery, some JACKASS cut THROUGH THE FUNERAL PROCESSION and caused an accident, breaking a mourner's leg in the process. I mean, its not like it wasn't an obvious thing...everyone had flashers and brights on, and giant tags that said FUNERAL.

I feel a lot like Brooks did in Shawshank Redemption when he said the world went out and got itself in a big goddamned hurry. And its true. Was something so important to this person that they absolutely HAD to cut through a funeral procession and in the process wreck the car of the deceased's MOTHER?


I am just so sick and disgusted with people in general right now. Not only with certain actions of my relatives in relation to today (something im not going to talk about here), but just the complete lack of respect shown to anybody.

We had an ENORMOUS funeral procession yesterday for my best friends mom and we dealt with basically the same issues. I actually nearly got into an accident because people were trying to cut through.

Granted, we did not have an escort, so we did have to run some red lights but it was VERY clear we were in a procession with our blinkers on. It is really upsetting when you are following the casket of someone who is on their way to be buried in the ground, and all you see are impatient bastards hanging out their windows like "what the fuck, dude?".

I love these fucking idiots. They're in such a hurry to go fucking nowhere. I mean I'm not innocent in this, we've ALL acted like we're in a huge hurry and don't care about who gets in our way.

But when I see a funeral procession, I pull it together. You need to chill the fuck out with greiving people.
