While I was losing weight and having my mid-life crisis I became the 'Doesn't get the Bit' guy; WJFK-era. Meaning if someone dissed me on the show, and we all get dissed on the show, I'd fire off an AngryTypingGuy email to Ron, like so many other's have that we hear about on the air. Ron's been either real nice never mentioning them, or they rolled off them, but in short, I used to not get the bit and complain about others talking about me on-air. Pretty fucking stupid and pathetic, eh?

This will happen when you, in one day, decide to give up all booze and start a serious diet that lasts three years, and manitained for five. I lost 1/3 of my body weight, but doing this can turn a person into someone quite different from what they were in the past; somehow, the hunger and sobriety made my 'fuse' just fucking disappeared, I could go from Zero to Livid in Milliseconds, for no reason.

The feeling is diminishing always, slowly, slowly, slowly...

Hungry for five years sucks...
Sober for five years sucks...

But my doc says I'm healthier now then five years ago; when he told me I was slowly dying from my lifestyle, maybe even not so slowly.

But one's health is the responsibility of that person alone. If you make a decision to eat healthy and exercise you have to be in charge of sticking to it. No matter what others around you are doing.

I lost 60 lbs on my own while my friends were still eating at McDonalds.
And now I have gained back 15lbs while I watch another friend lose as much.
I am now working to re-lose the weight. lol
