Good prices, nice freebie stuff and 2 day delivery. My mother loved the flowers and when I saw them I was fairly impressed.

I bought the fez code flowers (roses). My mother got them at her work yesterday afternoon. When she got to work this morning most of them were dead. Gonna have to give them a call this weekend.

Yeah, the only problem with proflowers is they come boxed, not in the vase with water like most services. So you gotta get to them right away and get them set up in the water.

The only real downside I found to the Proflowers deal was something I never would have thought of on my own.

They're not professionally arranged like a shop would do. So you save on the flower price but you have to arrange them youself. Women are better at it so my Mother was fine, but that would confuse the hell out of me.

Overall I was very satisfied.

Hope the customer service helps you out Fallon. They were quick and cheap online, but we all know that means nothing when you are trying to get credit or whatever it is you want from them. Good luck.
