It's not bad. The lack of chemistry between Fez and Chris is painful, so it was actually a lot better with Ron today. Fez doesn't seem to be comfortable running the show with Ron off-mic and Ron doesn't seem to have any time for it.

I gotta give credit to Chris, he does a decent job. I give it 5 calzones.

But this is actually one of the major things about Ron & Fez that makes them special. They make friends with their listeners, and make time for their friends.

I may not agree with Chris' take all the time, but I respect the fact that he's putting in the effort every week & adding something to the show. Plus if the world always agreed with me all of the time, it would be a pretty boring place.

You gotta realize, the segment is basically Ron and Fez and crew doing 10-15 minutes of Sopranos talk, with MLC on the phone. It's not really Chris much. In fact, I think Chris has 4-5 sentences altogether.

I voted it's ok, because....... well its ok. I'm not a Sopranos watcher, so I get caught up on the show and hear what happened. It's not mind blowing, but it's a short part of the show. 15 minutes, when R&F do almost 30 hours of radio a week, doesn't hurt anyone.

i am not going to read thru the whole thread, i am at work and tired. I will say that Chris does a good job. he has his own vision for what the show should be and that is what he is reviewing, the show as he sees it. dont like it? too bad, it is only for three more weeks. in the grand scheme of things, he calls in for 5 mins once a week, i think you can endure it and will live.

I'm sure Chris hung up the phone and though he was tripping or something cause I know I felt I was dosed after hearing it. I also didn't like whe he tried to switch from pinky rings to cannolis. I say stick with what works,people liked the pinky ring system. Its your signiture thing keep it.

Yeah, well i know ron waits for the pinky ring to know its the end anyhows, because the last time i didnt do one, they called me back for the ring rating.

I do get more comfy, i agree. And to be honest, i do not even really know 100% that i will be on. I just have my notes ready, and wait patiently to see if dave or pitzy or lilly call me. There is no set time to start or finish, just going with the flow.
