That's right. TGIS. It's about 75 and sunny, and I ain't got nothing but free time right now. I went out to the butcher this morning and got a couple of BIG ribeyes.

I got them all rubbed up with my secret blend of herbs and spices and waiting in the fridge, and when my chick gets home I'm gonna grill 'em up and pop open a bottle of wine.

Anyone else grilling tonight?

Damn it , Iam dieting with the rest in the fit club, so I cant but a Steak , but enjoy your steak I dont Steak hate

Do not forget to take the steak out of the fridge 30-45 minutes before cooking, makes a huge difference. and make sure to let it rest for 5-10 minutes post cooking.

man now i am starving for a steak

Additionally cook one side flip ONLY once cook otherside then off the grill

My subconscious must have known. I picked up 3 rib-eyes on sale for $5.99 a pound tonight. I'll be cooking them one day after Steak Day, but what hell.

Flank steak going on the grill in a bout two hours. Marinated in red onions, balsamic vinager, capers, and oregano. Going on top of a salad its superb.
