I am having a fucking horrible day here at my job too.

You have to call and yell at anyone to get them to do their motherfucking job. It's like dealing with children. Some person takes your info, passes to another moron and so on. Wait a couple weeks and then when nothing happens, you call to see what happened and no one knows anything. Then you have to yell at them to make them do their fucking job.

Everyone passes the buck, and you're left looking like the asshole because you have no answers and YOU'RE the one dealing directly with the customer, not the asshole on the phone.

I've spent about 3 of the 4 hours I"ve been at work so far on this motherfucking phone checking the status of orders that I placed weeks ago. No one stands by anything anymore, customer service is a joke and so called "Trained" call centers are an even bigger joke.

FUck them all.

i actually like the contractors at our company. it's the actual employees on other sites (like DoS) that are absolutely the worst of the worst. common sense is lacking, and actually reading a contract, a gov't binding contract between multiple countries, you think would occur before someone signs off? seriously, before we know it, someone will sign a cross state boarders contract agreeing to put all our companies dames in burkas..... honestly, if you are going to piss away 5 mil, at least do it right. and by do it right, i mean, give it to me in salary.
