I have a Roady XT which I am very happy with. I was given a Belken portable battery pack so I could listen at work or at sporting events. Well after a whole 2 months the battery pack has shit the bed and doesnt work. The my radio store.com people say its the Roady...which still works docked at home or in the car. They say its a whole on the bottom of the unit. Is this true? Is it bull? Especially now that I am travelling I want it to work. Please give me some info if you have any?

I had a problem with my Roady last year and got no where with E-mails and phone calls. I wound up bringing everything to a Best Buy and used their display models to trouble shoot my unit. The guy @ the door has to see you bring it in and he'll give you a sticker to identify your stuff. Maybe you can use your battery pack on a store cradle with your roady.
Don't know if this helps you but good luck.
I cancelled my sub last week and still have withdrawl sympthoms. The shakes and hallucinations have increased now that R&F are not on @ 6pm.
