I cant remember the term but there was a cell thing you could add to your web site that would allow for a bar to stay permanently on usually the left side of the screen for quicker navigation, making it so that on this site things like new posts/home/file lib would not scroll.
Just a floater is that hard to do, would it be something that just jon would be interested in implementing, would people want it?
I know a lot of web sites did this a while ago and it seemed like a big thing but seems to have died down a little now

just a floater
i spend most of my time on the board clicking the new posts button and was seeing if anyone else would be remotely interested to create an exploratory committee on the subject.
one other thing when i enter the page before i log in or go to the message board i come up with a blank screen and have to scroll down two pages(like paper pages) before i log in, is that a firefox thing or... any other ideas?

Exploratory committee to evalutate the necessity of a peer group to oversee the formation of a blue sky meeting. RonFez.Net won't have pop ups, pop unders, floating divs, interstitials or anything else that distracts from the browsing experience.
