My favorite part was when they asked him 'what's going to happen' and Al responded with 'Joe won't get promoted' and you just had to laugh because you know Joe doesn't want to be promoted, you know he's not a management person. He's never going to be Mr. Poo. He loves his status, we love his status and that's the way it should be.
