Can't get to Chat Room

anyone else having problems getting to the chat room? i had a problem when r&f.net went to 2.0, which BobImpact helped me with.

this is a new problem. after i put in my username/passwd, the window pops up, then the status bar just keeps repeating transferring data from www.userplane.com and waiting for www.userplane.com over and over and over and over and over and over and over....
