Wolfpack attacks in Jersey City.

Has anyone been reading about this whole Wolfpack thing thats been going down in Jersey City lately? It seems that packs of teens are randomly beating people, throwing them into traffic, and robbing them. There is no pattern to it and anyone and everyone is a potential victim.

Four of them were caught, but guess what? The judge let them right out of custody and later that day a group of 4 teens were seen beating someone up.

In one of the stories it says how while they were beating people down a crowd cheered them on. Pretty crazy, especially how they are just taking on everyone.

I looked up every news article I could find on this, just to prove you wrong and give myself yet another opportunity to post the "always hysterical" Ani DiFranco pic.

They don't give out the captured suspect's names because they are juveniles. Other than that, it is interesting how I couldn't find one article that mentioned the race of the suspects being saught - only that they are teenagers. Wouldn't the race be an important identifying factor that the news media would want to give us?

Our governments do not allocate enough money to these neighborhood's educational institution. The schools are bad because their isn't enough money. They start to fall apart. They lose teachers. This lack of education breeds ignorance.

Now, remember, for every "wolfpack" kid in a neighborhood, there are 10 good ones, trying to learn, hoping for a good education that will lead to a career.

And every 10 "wolfpack" kids, maybe half will regret what they did, due to peer pressure or some other reason. Some will leave that mentality behind, some will not.

There is nothing that can be done about that. Sometime you are born of a bad seed. That's the human experience. But that doesn't mean to count every kid in that neighborhood out.

I remember back when I was younger, these 5 guys (bigger than all of us) tried to start something with me and my friends but a good samaritan intervened and prevented trouble from happening (and getting our asses kicked). Then those same guys tried to start trouble with one of our other friends (who was by himself) who was a little up the block from us. But fortunetly for us, my sister was having a party that day so alot of the neighborhood kids (which included some of the bigger guys on our block) where hanging out by my house and when they found out what was happening, we all chased those mother fuckers for 2 blocks and kicked the shit out of those asswipes.

A couple of hours later, I was ready to go to my uncle's house but the girls on my block told me to stay in as the 5 guys came back with more peeps (it was like night outside) and were looking to get even. They past my house and walked into some of the bigger guys in our neighborhood who were hanging out on the steps, the ratio was like 2 to 1. But fortunately for my peeps (there's always that one crazy ass mother fucker in the group) ran into his apartment and got his dad's gun and told the gang of fucktarts "C'mon, you want to fucking start something, start it" pointing the gun at the wolfpack posse. Let's just say that settled it. But even though they were out numbered 2 to 1, those bigger kids from my neighborhood coulda held their own.
