Finished up grad school, gotta job at UGA.
not a bad place in GA either, it's easily 5x the size of the place we had in CA, for the same rent.

We've only got about an acre.
Back in Ca we were renting the bottom floor of a farmhouse with 35 acres to play around in. Our landlord lived upstairs, but he was never their, even when he was though it was cool, he was an old motorcycle freak, rebuilding old british bikes. He let us use his four-wheeler and an old honda dirtbike.
The place in GA is nice though, it's the first house my wife and I have lived in. a reall nice wooded neighborhood, lot's of wildlife.
I finished up my PhD in biophysics out in CA. Now I work with trypanosomes, blood parasites, and how our body innately kills them (or doesn't). That's what I'm doing at UGA, research. It's a cool fucking town! Way better than Davis, CA. So laid back, I'm posting from a pub downtown right now. The whole of downtwon is wired for free internet access!
