No Beer Boredom

Its Saturday and I haven't had a drink in two weeks. I'm soooo bored and thirsty for a beer. I'm grilling right now and it seems like a perfect fit. Is there anything I can do to avoid drinking? I want to slim down and drinking just doesn't fit into that. I hope I can hold out. :drunk:

Lleeder, i too am dry as a bone. one month and a day. i am determined to make to the Night of the Living Bands (july 14th) without taking a sip of it. Two BBqs last week, one today and two huge ones next week. it will be tough but i will make it. so will you.

KHB just nailed it...bacardi and diet (or Coke Zero/Pepsi One) is the way to go. Get you nice and drunk with much fewer calories.


Or you can be a man's man, throw out the soft drink and just take the bottle straight:

I have still been drinking even with the south beaching. Lost 4 lbs so far.
Exercising my ASS off and not eating alot at all.
Too much life stress right now not to have the wine.

BUT I will be off weeknight drinks until my show opens... have to make sure i stay healthy!

Hang in there... we have all done this and it sucks. But the belly weight you lose is worth it!
