1) I have never heard Dave ONCE bitch about the actual wedding and what's being put into it. If anything, it's the most humble and excited I've ever heard him be about it. The day he gave Casey the ring he lost it in a good way on the air.

2) Dave and Casey has every right to be concerned with the mouthbreathing savages who want to fuck up his wedding. I had quite a few nightmares leading up to my own wedding about people I didn't like (and didn't like me) through the various websites showing up at my wedding. The best I can tell, the majority of the WB Dave hate started in the daily listening threads. Dave fueled it by calling it out, and it became a gimmick on the show -- WB is the board that hates Dave. Honestly, I think most of the people there get the bit and roll with it. They are playing their role on the board and the show as "Dave-haters". Turtle and Tony Bagels are two examples of that. I don't think those people truly hate Dave as a person or wish any ill will on him. It's more like the callers who verbally sparred with Al Dukes in the WNEW days but would be more than happy to sit down with him for a beer off the air. There are some people there who take it way, way more seriously than necessary and hate Dave on a personal level despite the fact that they only know the "on-air" Dave character. That's just my impression. Maybe Turtle can better illuminate.

I missed the show. I've missed A LOT of what going on, because of obvious reasons.

Two of my BEST friends found each other and are happy with each other and it is truly GREAT to see. I've personally never known Dave to be anything but a gentleman and stand up guy with everyone, pre radio or after and even after the incident at my birthday party he didn't harbor any resentment towards kuntz.

Casey spoke to Tax directly in pm as a courtesy and with the request to leave their wedding alone and for this, this woman hating old bag with a dick that hasn't seen a free pussy in at least 15 yrs attacks her in ways you just don't attack a woman.

The perception from a lot of people is that WB is thin skinned - and that may fit in with the bully persona. I've read a lot of complaining posts over there over the years about how some of them feel misunderstood and are being treated - by the same people who think that that "being savage" always = being funny. If there was any teeth behind the bark, then how is that things can so easily be banned or deleted for good when the imaginary internet line has been crossed? (the Freda Sorce photoshops; the videos of AOTM). The truth is, most real baaaadassssses don't spend their time on computers, period, much less on messageboards devoted to radio shows, so I'm personally confused by the cyber-swagger.

I like Wackbag a lot. I get to post differently on each board and I've come to enjoy the 2 different atmostpheres.

But this is the one thing I don't like about Wackbag. Being cruel for the sake of being cruel. The same atmosphere that allows us to get into very nasty but funny humor also leave the door open for the bullshit that went down here. It's a double edged sword and it's gonna happen. Hell, it happens over here on Ronfez and they don't have the reputation of being a battling board.

But this really isn't a "Wackbag" issue. This is a "Tax Kuntz being a dick" issue. Like I said, I heard his stupid call like 2 full times and he was just throwing in little jabs at Casey over the whole call trying to piss Dave off.
