Well, since swine entails ham, pulled pork, bacon, sausage, hot dogs, and a myriad of other "mystery meats" I think I'll be able to live with this being the last food thread of the night.

I happen to love swine, too. In fact, one day last year I had a brainstorm that was inspired by the turducken. I got some flank steaks, sprinkled chopped up sausage on 'em, wrapped that around a chicken cutlet, and covered the whole thing in bacon before grilling it.

It was amazing.

I might patent it.
