have you ever been judge unfairly guilty and actually prove with evidence no foul occurred yet still be accused of a crime. I believe you are must take every avenue available to correct the injustice. you must try to set the record straight for your own peace of mind..

i got a speeding ticket a couple of years ago and challenged it in court, cause from the point i got on that street and the point i got pulled over there were no speed limit signs posted. i got the info from the dept of trans. the judge dimissed it. eat that!

I got accused of stealing a jacket once. Then I pushed the kid who accused me, and got suspended for a day. I think it was racism.
