I agree totally with Ronnie that Dave must have fell in love with Casey for who she is and can't ask her to change now. At the same time, didn't Casey fall in love with ESD despite his lunacy and inability to change? I don't think ESD has to get all worked up over everything and should trust Casey not to cheat, but I also think Casey needs to step it up and realize what's going on and tell Jonathon to hit the road because relationships are all about sacraficing for the good of the relationship. If you don't want to sacrifice then you obviously don't care about the relationship much.

For everyone who is saying Jonathan has to do something I would have to disagree. This person is doing what suits his needs. We didn't stop hanging out, but we were less touchy feeling with each other, and we would make a point to include the significant other when we would hang out. Even the most tolerant of girlfriends that i've had would be upset if me and this girl would hang out alone, especially knowing our history. Several of her boyfriends would have wanted to fight me (if I wasn't such a nice guy and gigantic. I also had a bad reputation in my town, I was kicked out of junior high school for bullying).
