Is it just me or have the other show promos gotten a little wackly lately? 2 examples...

1. Bonnaroo promo - features hippie chick talks about about if you buy jumbo eggs at the supermarket they are duck eggs, especially the ones with double yokes. WTF???? Please explain to me how that has anything to do with a music show or even makes you want to find out more about the even or tune in? (And is that true?)

2. O&A replay promos - features cartoon voice character (sounds like something from old Laugholympics or Yogi Bear) says "according to the newspaper your're listening to CBS O&A replays, I think I'll tell my mother and my lawyer, ehhwh not my lawyer". Ok, double WTF???? I don't get the voice reference or tie in to ANY comedy show on XM and I don't get the joke.

I really think I might be loosing my mind or maybe I am just being "doesn't get the bit guy". I can't believe I am saying this, but I'd rather hear the "tell them about the discount, Harry" whiney bitch.

You listen to commercials... ewww. Get an Inno, record the show, and skip that bunk.

As far as the stupid intro voice it smells of hack production by XM in DC. You have to believe they are in total control of which CBS replays get on, and probably put the stupid intros together. Just my 2 cents.

Remember the "Fuck Opie and Anthony" shitty promos that Ron and Fez got from Washington? I think its the same people doing the awful O&A promos that have been running. I don't think they've allowed any O&A employee to actually do promos while they are suspended.

Politically, if I leaned any further to the left, I'd fall over, but I'd applaud air strikes on Bonnaroo after those fucking promos.

"All night drum circles" sounds like a vision of hell to me.
