it is borderline event friendly.

there is alot of cheap drink options, they have couches and stuff. it is pretty easy to get to via subway. there is a sign up sheet for bocce, which is usually rather long and you dont get on til late in the night.

there are a handful of bars within that block so there would be plenty of places to go. also it is real close to my apartment
