Wow...you put some serious mileage on in a short time! Must be a lot of highway miles, huh?
Did you have the 100,000 mile tune-up? If not, I'm sure your plugs could use a changing and inspect the belts. Any loose play in them, cracks, squealing, etc. means they should be changed.

Yeah, I am on the rad a bunch.
I didn't have the tune-up. Should I bring it back to the dealer for that?
NO!!!! Unless you have some sort of extended warranty, I'm assuming you're past what would be covered and the dealer will charge you full price for parts and a MUCH higher labor rate than an independent mechanic.
If you've got a local guy you trust to work on your vehicles, bring it to him.

Wow, That's Alot Of Miles In Just 3 Years!
F_S's Prior Was A 1993 Jeep Cherokee That Finally Died In The Philadelphia Airport In 2003 With 248,000 Miles On It!!
It Was A Great Vehicle, and Other Than 4 Sets Of Tires, He Put Very Little Into It.
Keep It Tuned And Especially Do Regular Oil Changes, And You May Get Another Hundred K Out Of Her!

go to local import shop, if you dont know one, ask some people.
Most important thing, is timing belt or chain, if the manufacturer recommends servicing this at 100k I would.
Change the transmission fluid, in an auto, you will want the "flush" version that replaces the entire 10+ qts in the transmission. On a stick shift, have the fluid changed if serviceable.
If you have not done spark plugs, have them done. (cheap maybe $50 max) if you do it yourself could cost as little as $10.

Metric is for dummies and Canadians. I had a Camry with 350,000 miles on it when I sold it in 2004. I still see it from time to time. I used synthetic oil, changed it every 3000 miles and used Tufoil. That combo makes an unkillable engine. I also changed tranny fluid every 10,000 miles

You should definately replace the timing belt. Most manufacturers reccomend it be done between 60-80 k.
I would also change the fluids in the transmission and the gear box for good measure.
