Do you Say "God Bless You" if a Stranger Sneezes?

For me it is Hit or Miss based on my Mood, was on line at Old Navy Yesterday and Someone Snnezed. I wasn't in the Mood to give him a "God Bless You", the Person, gave me a dirty look, like it was my job to say "God Bless you".

Whats your opinion on this Subject

yes, for several reasons:

a) its polite
b) its nice to use the word GOD whenever i can
c) its karma- i'm hoping that by saying "god bless you", i wont catch their airbourne syphillis, nor will i get aids if i touch an object that they have also touched.

I usually say " Bless you " regardless of who they are.

I should keep the " God " in there but I leave it out more for laziness than the religious aspect.

What bothers me is when you hold the door for somebody and there's no " Thank you ".

I say Gesundheit (good health) or, if it's a Monday I confuse the sneezer by saying: Niesen am Montag bedeutet Gefaehr (a weird German proverb meaning: sneezing on Monday is a bad omen). Maybe that's why Sir Geldof hates Mondays.

My GF and I will usually say "cheese & crackers" to each other.
We figure it's just as good as "God Bless You."

i say "bless you." as far as people not saying "thank you" when i hold the door for them, i'll usually be a jerk and say "you're welcome" in a snarky voice. cause that's how i roll.
