I have been where Fezzie is now - even though it is extremely tough in that condition you have to have patience and let the meds do their work.

If you get to the level where they are supposed to be and you STILL have trouble, then it is time to look into changing.

Yes, and Fez is so concerned about the side effects his Doctor has him on a really slow build. From what Fez said before it will be at least a month until he gets to the normal "operational" level of Effexor in his system.
