I mean I am not sure what is a bit and what's not sometimes, but it seems if they are taking responsibilities away from him because he can't do his job, then he really isn't an executive producer anymore.

I mean pride has to take a back seat to realizing you can't do a job you are getting paid to do.

Earl please just leave already, if you care about Ron and Fez and the show you will do the right thing, and let someone who is qualified to do it take over.

WNEW they were able to pull off each time slot, with diff feel.

7-11 is probably the best time, but they did well overnight, and afternoons wasnt bad - more like the FreeFM show.

they even 2 shifted it sometimes

I grew up in Columbia and have worked in DC. I used to swing by the studio a lot. No offense to you, but I always felt pretty disconnected from the more urban areas, such as DC or Arlington, when I was there. It's an odd area. It seems to be in the middle of nowhere, but that didn't stop someone from firing a bullet through a window of the station. I din't want to speak for Fez, but coming from NYC, that disconnect from the surrounding areas may have contributed to his hatred of the area.
