You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Hey, how do i add that little xbox icon to my profile that is linked to my gamertag?

Go into UserCP then "edit Profile" and in the XBox Gamertag box add your XBOX Live username exactly as it appears.
