The only way a man should do it: Tripping over his cat.

Bro for it to bruise like that , you pretty much tore the muscle off the bone. I had a very similar tear about 5 years ago playing baseball. Don't even think about jogging or running anywhere for a month, the earliest! Mine was so bad I couldnt sit in my car to drive home from the game. Damn, thats nasty, brings back bad memories...

Im so out of shape now that I pulled a quad eating an ice cream sandwhich! Rest up bro, and feel better!

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a magic string? You pull it, and a ham appears!

Hope ya feel better, dude.

4 to 6 weeks on the DL and no RF.NET Softball game 1....Just when it looked like we were making a run. Injuries are never easy.

Feel better man I pulled my hammy once playing hanger baseball in a Big and Tall store in NJ where my buddies worked. We would move all the crap to the side and set of batters box and play till customers walked in.

massaging that hammie would be a contraindication. you can, however, still get a happy ending.

Could you please move your leg out of the way? The girl in the apartment across the way was just about to take a shower.

I pulled a hamstring for the first time ever in March. Took about 6 weeks before I could workout again. The keyword to remember is RICE:

Rest
Ice
Compression
Elevation

Good luck
