Why isn't my sig pic working?

What could I even possibly be doing wrong here? I've got the image url from photobucket, I'm putting it in the user cp sig section, what am I doing wrong here?

The hotkeys are for windows-based computers:

Make sure the URL of the image has an image extension.

Copy the URL of the Image: select the link's URL and press CTRL & "C" to copy it.

Go to USER CP (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/usercp.php) and on the left-hand colum select Edit Signature (http://www.ronfez.net/forums/profile.php?do=editsignature).

Wait till the page loads and click http://www.ronfez.net/forums/images/skins/rf_blue/editor/insertimage.gif on the top of the box.

Paste the URL of the image: Ctrl "V" and press "ENTER".

Wait for the image to be encased in "IMG" "/IMG" tags(if you are using the plain text box it wont show up until you submit your signature)

or

download and be displayed(if you are using the WYSIWYG editor).

Images can be aligned and linked to other pages.

That's strange, I can imbed your sig pic as an image in a post.

Dammit, it didn't work. Any tech savvy buddays have any suggestions? And yes, I did exactly what SOS told me to do, which is what I've always done with no problem.
