Who's to blame....

When the replays of a show are better than the live shows is it the Talent (on air personalities) or the Executive Producer that is to blame.

I'll give you some background. I was born, raised, and currently reside south of the Mason Dixon and there is this "radio" show I listen to. I'm sure all you hipsters in the North East or Cool Cats on the Left Coast wouldn't know anything about it, but this radio show is currently "on vacation" and is playing stuff from the past that was produced by the current producer of the show and older stuff from other producers. The older stuff is hilarious and the talent sounds like they are having a blast and it's all around good stuff. I've been listening to these guys off and on for about 15 years and lately there seems to be something missing.

I personally think its time for a new producer, maybe some more "on air personalities" but something needs to be fixed. On a side note I'm not a rascist but the EP is black and the talent is white, I don't want you to think race has anything to do with it. The EP sounds like hes barley hanging on and maybe he needs some down time to recharge his batteries and the show could get a fresh perspective.

Come on people, the buddays will be back in a few and we need to tell them how to fix the live show so it sounds as good as these replays!!!!

The more I listen to the replays the more I come to think East Side Dave is what's killing this show. That loser gets more air time lately than Fez. And the wedding, what a phenomenal waste of money that could have gone to promote the Ron & Fez show. Lose the jelly fucker.

P.S. Bronx Johnny and Pitszy(sp?) are just pathetic with their little "additions" to the shows personalities.

How is blaming someone going to help Ron and Fez? Especially message board posters blaming someone. If someone is to blame for the current state of the show, I'm sure Ron and Fez are more than capable of figuring out who that is for themselves and acting accordingly.

I don't think that I have the expertise to tell them how to "fix the show". I am just a listener and message board poster. I didn't even know it was broken. I happen to like all of the people on the show, even the EP.
