Fez's punishment for the staff

During today's show, the buddies were talking about how Fez could put his foot down for staff that were disrespecting him or not doing their jobs. Fez suggested sending them home for the day (which is basically a free day off).

Any other suggestions for punishments that Fez could hand out?

I suggest having the guilty party stand in the corner with their nose pressed up against the wall with a dunce-style "I disappointed Fez" hat on for the entire show.

When Ron went silent and left Fez to begin the Bryan Johnson interview, is it possible that he went in the other room to ream out Earl? He sound pretty worked up when he finally jumped in on the interview.

Earl deserves Nature Boy chops and a major reaming by Ron. How many times is he going to hang Fezzie out to dry with bad info on guests or bad new stories?!?!? even though he would pass along the blame, he is the ED, so the buck stops with him. Everything he hands the buddies should be accurate, or he should be nose-on-wall in the corner.

Earl was all about the day off, i think that the punishment should to be taxi fez around, to his appointments, and various activities that fez does. ohh i apologize that would be a good friend...sorry, maybe he would think that being a good friend might be like a punishment
