I believe Ron left it on air because we know the characters, some of you all hang out off air and have an investment in these people...once we heard the start of it, it would have created more problems to just cut it off without resolution.

High horse. Off it. This show, and shock radio in general, is based on exploitation. Good or bad, it always has been. Taking stuff from people's real lives for entertainment. See, there is NO DIFFERENCE between what happened with Paige and MLC and this. It's the same thing.

I feel bad for Paul O. but he's NEVER been the most stable person on the planet.

Ron knew full well something is going wrong, and he can control the show by nipping it in the bud, but he's not.

You are probably right about that. People are just concerned about Paul and most of the legit calls have good points. Paul is beyond just being drunk - he's delusional (more than normal that is) and sounds like he has some of the classic signs of early alcohol poisoning. He needs to be in the hospital and get some treatment before this thing turns more tragic that it already is.
