Fez would need an Indica strain, some sort of Hindu-Kush (AK-47, OG Kush, Afghani, blueberry). This way he would get the "whole body" stoned feeling instead of the trippy "head" stone of a sativa strain like Skunk or Durban. I wouldn't pay any more than $50 an 1/8th.

I don't think weed would be the best drug for Fez. Even in the hypnotism bit he's freaking out.

In 2002 I'm pretty sure Fez was cracking a brew on every show. He does better with booze when he doesn't binge drink... He'd be better sticking to a couple of beers....
