When I go out to a bar I drink gin and tonics, but when I am drinking at home by myself(such as I have been doing this evening) I always mix my gin with Sprite( I know it's a pussy move, but, it lets me indulge my sweet tooth). Well this evening I decided to mix a little Mountain Dew in as well, just because I had some on hand. I call in a Green Meanie. It taste pretty good.
So have you invented an drinks? have you named them? Does this thread seem like a much better idea in my drunken state than it actually is?
if you don't care at all just watch this video and yern for the days of the 90's grunge scene.

The Second Time F_S Got Drunk, He Was Spending The Night At The Home Of His Best Friend "Ace", And We Raided His Parents Stash And Took Out Johnnie Walker Black Label Scotch. We Didn't Know What To Mix It With, So We Mixed It With Coke (Coca-Cola). Scotch And Coke...Yech! It Was Awful And We Both Spent The Night Throwing Up!

I invented some really complicated rum shooter when I was a bartender. It was very popular with the ladies. I named it after my fiance. I can't, for the life of me, remember what was in it. I know it had Chambord.

I might just have to try this one. I'm a sucker for anything involving gin. I just wish I could find Squirt where I am right now.

Snapple Fire/Kamikaze Cocktail Mix
Really doesn't work if you try to make the Kamikaze yourself, best to buy it pre-made (which can be hard to find)
*Invented October of 1999 during a high school lunch (with the principal's son.. at a Christian school)
*Made a bit of a spread around South Jersey for a while.. started running into people whom i never knew that were drinking it
*Was able to share above drink with the one and only Bam Bam Bigelow at the inaugural Major League Wrestling show in June 2002 at the (former) ECW arena.... oddly he never went on to wrestle that show..

I'm spoiled because I bartend but I've made up a few drinks.
One of my favorites I named after my friend's awesome girlfriend.
It's called the Meredith Long Island Iced Tea
The difference is that it's made with flavored Vodka(blueberry), Tequila(orange), Rum(lemon), regular gin and Chambord.
The juices in it are cranberry, orange(splash) and pineapple. I top it off with sprite and a cherry.
lol. I hope that didn't sound too complicated, haha. It's just a fancy and fruity Long Island Iced Tea.
:)
I'll make one for you guys some time.

The Roadhouse lemonade:
(In a pint glass packed with ice)
3oz lemonex or whatever sour mix comes from the gun.
2oz cranberry juice (for tartness and a pink color)
1oz sprite or 7 up (for de bubbles)
2oz stolichnaya (or your favorite vodka)
Shake it up!
Serve with a soda straw and a wheel of lemon on the rim
This shit is good! especially this time of year!

This was a classic end of the night at a fraternity party use whatever is left type of situation. I mixed equal parts vodka, peach schnapps, OJ and Sprite. This doesn't make it much more than a Fuzzy Navel with sprite, but the equal parts aspect obviously gives it a nice kick. Plus, for whatever reason, this combo (again, equal parts necessary) tastes just like pineapple juice and you don't really taste the alcohol.

Would someone just say that they invented the Flaming Moe?
To which I would reply, "don't they just call it the Fez?"

...2 Big problems in making this drink...
1-try finding a bottle of Crusty the Clown cough syrup.
2- If it's Fez's drink how do you garnish it? With a brass pole?

One night in desperation I tried mixing tea and tequila. I knew there was no way it would work out, but the possibility of marketing "Tea-quila" was too tempting to let go....

The Vampire Special! On the verge of blacking out one night, I cut myself pretty bad so I squirt the blood into some gin and Mountain Dew I was drinking. I don't know what I was thinking, but it tasted allright and my friends were speechless.

I have never invented one but I have introduced people to the most amazing and powerful drink of all time after a bartender in New Orleans made me the thing..
1 shot of Everclear
1 shot of 151 rum
1 shot of vodka
1 shot of blue Pucker
1 shot of red Pucker
Pour it all over ice, mix up, and enjoy. It sounds brutal but the flavors mix in such a way that you can drink it down with little effort. Add in a bit of cranberry juice and it becomes straight up chuggable. It's scary to think how powerful it is when compared to how easy it is to drink.
No one believes us when we make it, it smells like pure booze when it's being mixed and seeing all the different kinds of alcohol go into it worries everyone who watches, but once they taste it they are amazed at how it's not painful in any way.
