How long is taffy or fudge good for???

My bro and sis bought some Fudge from the Original Fudge Kitchen from their trip to Wildwoods about a month ago. It's been in the fridge since. Is it still good to eat???

Boardwalk fudge, as long as you keep it wrapped up and refrigerated, can last over a month. You don't want to eat fudge that has dried up and is brittle or flaky.

Taffy lasts even longer as long as you keep it in the box the store provides. If it is brittle like candy canes at room temperature toss it.

when dark fudge starts turning whiteish on the corners & cracking...it's too late to eat,just like when apple pie starts to grow hair it's gonzo and not so good to eat,I know these things from when I lived single for 10 yrs.+
