ok........... I'm not much of a cereal eater. In fact, I prefer leftovers from the night before as my breakfast. However, I'm going to be living in Brooklyn in September, and need to get some good cereal to eat before heading out to class.

I don't want crap thats frosted or sugary or nasty. I don't want candy. I like Lucky Charms and Frosted Cheerios but come on, I need some decent-for-you food.

I like stuff with nuts and maybe some strawberries. What do you guys suggest for cereal? What's some of your favorites?

btw I'm looking for some cereal to eat WITHOUT milk. I love milk, but I gotta eat QUICK and by a giant cupfull. Also, I'm trying to hit the gym in the fall (if that means anything).

the best thing for you to do is get Special K and add nuts and fruit to it.

Or if you are ready to man up to real cereal, pick up a bowl of cocoa puffs and DRINK THE FUCKIN MILK AFTER

I was going to say Grape Nuts (theyre perfect with banana or raisins), til u said no milk.

But ok, no milk, Id say Raisin bran. You can buy em in the single servings and eat em on the train or where ever.

yeah if you're in that big of a hurry I'd skip the cereal all together. I recomend a couple of those Natures Valley granola bars, them shits stick to your ribs. If not them I'm sure there's a whole shit load of breakfast bar type of things that you could try and would be less of a hassle than trying to eat handfulls of cereal on the train.

Are those breakfast shakes any good?

i used to enjoy them when i was younger, they're basically chocolate milk with vitamins and minerals and other good shit. also, you might try slimfast just because they're ready-made. if you're worried aboot losing weight, you could always have two.

i would skip cereal all together, and eat yogurt with granola in it, and then bring a protein bar or meal replacement bar for the after your 1st class.

if you are hell bent on eating cereal, Wheaties.

I'm all about the little cereal boxes that come in a pack, I think they are called fun packs and it's a variety of cereals. Each box is usually around 100 to 160 calories and they're good on the go without milk.

You should get Kashi, it's basically granola cereal, very filling and ive had it without milk, a little hard but nothing unpleasant.

I don't get you just dont eat a cereal bar or something of the like.
