I really don't see Vick getting acquitted. First, it looks like the feds were taking there time collecting evidence before getting the indictment. I've got a feeling there's a lot of stuff against him.

Second, with one of the co-defendants copping a plea and agreeing to cooperate with the feds, he's going to have an alleged co-consipirator saying he's guilty.

It's not impossible for him to get acquitted, but I wouldn't be taking any bets on it right now.

First, OJ was being prosecuted by LA prosecutors with the LAPD collecting the evidence. The Feds are a diferrent story.

Second, the biggest reason OJ got off was because of the history of police brutality and corruption in LA, and you had a jury that was more than aware of it. You're not going to see the same thing here.

Third, OJ didn't have a co-conspirator dropping a dime on him.

Fourth, at the time, DNA was still relatively new. If you have the OJ trial now, they couldn't shake that off.
