Day Laborer video help

Does anyone have a link (or remember they guys name) to the video where a guy picks up some day laborers and then drives to the local imigration office parking lot and starts honking his horn. All the guys in the back of the pick up scatter.

I'm pretty sure the guy has a site but I can't remember his name.

I don't think whether hes an actor or not excuses anything second even if most of its "fake" doesn't make it right or ok.
